Bearcats dominate against Greyhound rivals

The Atascadero Greyhound rival football game proved more than a spirit fest. This game held the results of PAC-5 second place record. After a 42-25, the Bearcats take on second place behind Arroyo Grande, with a 3-1 record.

Getting back on the gridiron

Coming back from the 2015 season with a 5-6 record overall (2-2 in PAC 5), Varsity Football has returned to the gridiron in remarkable fashion, kicking off the 2016 season with a 5-0 show of power.

Senior Night for the Bearcats

It was a hard loss when the Bearcats, now 5-5, lost 30-14 to their rival, the Atascadero Greyhounds. The Greyhounds were able to up the score 10-0 in the first quarter. The orange and grey dogs were able to score once more before halftime leaving 17-0 on the scoreboard.

Bearcats shutout the pirates

Junior running back Christian Erickson ran 150 yards on seven carries and had two of seven touchdowns of the night. Senior Ronnie Ochoa also scored two touchdowns. Senior linebacker Matt Kellar had one touchdown in the night as well as senior Robert Mares.
