The Varsity boy’s basketball team loses to the Arroyo Grande Eagles by a score of 68-56 on Jan. 10.
The Bearcats ended the first quarter with things looking bright with a score of 20-13, but by halftime the Eagles had taken the lead 33-29. When the teams came out for the second half things continued to get worse for the home team with the third quarter ending with Arroyo Grande ahead 50-43. The Cats weren’t able to close the gap and fell to the Eagles with a final score of 68-56.
This leaves the Bearcats with a 2-10 overall record and 0-4 in league. This loss is the latest in their seven game losing streak.
