Wine fundraiser benefits Woods Humane Society
This weekend, April 8-9,”over 70 participating winery’s” in the 9th annual Wine for Paws fundraiser. Local homeless animals need the community to pull together and help raise funds. By visiting some of Paso Robles’ fabulous participating winery’s, a part of donations will go to the Woods Humane Society.
This event appears to be promising with just over 1,34o people following the cause on Facebook. San Luis Obispo’s community needs to help contribute to keep the two locations in San Luis Obispo and Atascadero open and aiding animals, according to Wine for Paws.
Interested participants can adopt a homeless animal and help them find “open homes and hearts,” stated Woods Humane Society.
The Society also asks for volunteer able to show affection to some pets in need.
